Return Policy
In the unlikely occurrence that you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Please Contact Us first to let us know that you are returning your product, and what the problem is. We will give you return directions and the address you will need for your return. Return shipping will be paid by you, the customer. The product cost, but not the shipping, will be refunded once we receive the return. Don't forget to include your order information and your contact information.  All returns must be in original packaging with tags still attached and undamaged.

Backorder Policy Choices

  1. I'll wait till the full order is in stock.
  2. I'll accept the order in parts.
  3. I'll accept the part of the order that is in stock and refuse the back ordered part.
  4. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

Shipping Policy
We usually use UPS Ground or USPS 3 day Priority Mail, depending on our suppliers. US customers only at the moment.  If you wish to place an international order, feel free to Contact Us.  Please allow 10 to 15 days for delivery.
