Our mission is to encourage businesses, homeowners and individuals to get “greener” one step at a time. At GreenVillageGreen.com, among many other things, users (“Users”) can explore green building options and ideas and easily find and contact other Users who have elected to become listed within our public directory (“Directory Members”) which is available on our website. In order to make GreenVillageGreen.com as beneficial to Users as possible, and to facilitate interaction between Users and Directory Members, we collect certain personal and non-personal information.

“Personal information” is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. GreenVillageGreen.com uses personal information to better understand your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured that it will be used only to support your relationship with GreenVillageGreen.com and its Users and Directory Members. We may also use such information to determine your suitability for the directory. All such determinations are at our sole and absolute discretion, and we expressly reserve the right to exclude or terminate anyone from the directory for any reason.

On certain pages of the GreenVillageGreen.com website, you may subscribe to the Green Village Green Gazette, which is our free, bi-monthly e-newsletter containing articles relating to sustainable building technologies, services and products, and a link to our website and the directory. Also, from time to time you may be able to order products or services, request information, and subscribe to marketing or other support materials. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, credit card information, and contact preferences. In the subject line of your email, put "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" and in the body of the email specifically list those services you wish to opt-out of. Be sure to provide your name, e-mail and postal address, and relevant information about your GreenVillageGreen.com subscriptions and registrations

7. Access to and accuracy of your information:
GreenVillageGreen.com strives to keep your personal information accurate. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to maintain customer data accuracy. We will provide you with access to your information, including making reasonable efforts to provide you with online access and the opportunity to change your information. We do not ask for your credit card information.
